A Study On Reliability Of VE And Its Strategical Guarantee

With the development of information technology and economic globalization and the change of business environment, virtual enterprises (VE) have walked up the historic stage, which are totally new organization. VE can integrate and utilize all kinds of resources inside and outside the firm through dynamic structure and flexible way, which can effectively adjust to the change of market and faster obtain competitive advantage with more competitive products or services. VE will be the most important organization from of 21st century.This paper, Compounding theory of VE with reliability, is to put forth the reliability of VE in terms of systematic function, and to carry on deep research to its nature firstly;secondly, this paper is to analyze in depth the influence factors of the reliability of VE: structure, functional module, operation process, the basic platform and behavior factor;Thirdly, in this paper, a theoretical model is set up to analyze the reliability of VE through putting forward the assumed conditions based on analysis of operation process of VE, and the model is also discussed because of the difference existing from the assumed conditions of the model in practice and the interference to the reliability of VE of environmental factor;at last, this paper is to probe into several key problems about strategic guarantee to the reliability of VE.
