Research On Planning Of Urban Industrial Park

The urban industry is coordinate with the city's and district's function.At the first,the urban industry give service to city's produce, circulation, distribution or consummation,at the same time,the demand of city's outside. The urban industry is a general name of some biological kind of industry,. For a example, publishing, clothing, food produce and so on. Developing the urban industry and building city's urban industrial park can promote city's sustainable development ,satisfy the people's demand,lift city's comprehensive competitiveness, accelerate the regulation of industrial park.The paper take QuanZHou for example ,because the economic development of QuanZHou is prosperous.On the basis of systemic analysis of problem of the economic development and industrial park of QuanZHou,from the two aspects of city planning and develop strategy,the author gives an emphatic study on the planning of urban industrial park in QuanZHou XunMei. According to these analysis,countmeasures and steps of development of urban industrial park are brought forth.The paper consis of four sections.The first section is preface,where we discuss mostly the throries on urban industrial park's development and the meaning of this paper.The second section mainlyanalyzes the cause and dynamical mechanism of this park. In the third park,we mainly about the case study of the city planning of urban industrial park in QuanZHou XunMei. In the last section,based on the former three section's research,we put forward the countmeasures and steps of industrial park in QuanZHou in the future.
