The human resources performance assessment and construction of stimulation mechanism that has already become one of important modern business administration . the already existing examination mode can't meet demands of business administration far in today. So must structure the more performance appraisal system and stimulation mechanism rational to be suitable and implement.This article is positive study of human resources performance assessment and construction of stimulation mechanism for the Petrochemical Research Institute of Lanzhou Petrochemical company which is a subsidiary corporation of the petroleum and chemical group of China. The objective of this article is to find out a method to solve the existing problem of the Petrochemical Research Institute of Lanzhou Petrochemical company.This article includes two major parts, first is the performance assessment system, second is the stimulation mechanism. It is not only probing of the theory, but also the discussing of concrete means, method and technique of performance assessment and construction of stimulation mechanism. By the discussing of this article I tried to find out a method to solve the actual problem of Petrochemical Research Institute of Lanzhou Petrochemical company at the same time I also hope that I can provide an effective train of thought for other government-owned corporations which are confronting the same problem of human resources shortage as Petrochemical Research Institute of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company.
