Study On Strategies In Different Stages Of Optimizing Logistics In Manufacturing Corporation

With the development of economic globalization, the need of consumer becomes diversify and individuation, with the same time the product life period is being shorten constantly and the market competition tends to be much more intense. It becomes much harder and harder to get more profit through extending the scales of produce and market. Besides the space of decreasing the production cost is very limited. In this background, decreasing cost from the corporation logistics realm is the most probable and valid path. An important way to decrease the cost of the corporation logistics is raising the level of the corporation logistics management. The corporation should optimize the logistics system to improve the level of the corporation logistics management.Base on theory of system, the business process reorganization, the key index sign system etc, and the methods of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, Analytical Hierarchical Process(AHP) and so on , the maneuverability of different stages of optimizing logistics in the thesis is strengthen .Firstly, aiming to shorten the distance of the management level of domestic and international corporation logistics, the thesis shows the different stages of optimizing logistics solution to improve the level of the corporation logistics management through the investigate and analysis of domestic and international corporation logistics. Then, according to the research of optimizing corporation logistics, the process of the optimization can be divided into three stages which is the holistic optimizing stage, the partly optimizing stage and persistent optimizing stage in the thesis. In the holistic optimizing stage, the optimization of the corporation logistic is through the confirmation of the mode of the corporation logistics ,the reformation of the operation flow, the establishment of the logistic institution and the design of the enterprise logistics information system. In the partly optimizing stage, the optimization of the corporation logistic is through the process that finding problems-solving the problems which locating the weakness of the logistic system according the evaluation of the performance of the corporation logistics first ,and then put forward the improved and compared solutions and choose the optimized solution based on the analyse of the subsystem. In the last stage , a ceaseless process can be realized by the application of the improved model which is called DMAIC in 6Sigma quality management.
