Tourism shopping as an important part of tourism activities makes great contributions to the regional tourist incomes and national revenue. Its potential outcome ability for tourism industries should be highly considered in the future strategy of the regional tourism development. However the study on this aspect was poor up to present, and integrated system as to tourism shopping has not shaped out in most of the tourism regions. Tourism shopping issue was thereby selected as theme in this thesis study aimed to meet the academic needs and enterprise requirements in tourism development. Based on data analysis of preceding study and the actual investigation, this thesis set up a framework for tourism shopping function. The status quo and related problems existing in tourism shopping were analyzed under this guideline, and a tourism shopping system of Shandong Province was then constructed.The thesis included three main parts: theoretic discussion and framework set-up of tourism shopping, condition and background analysis in a macro-scale to tourism shopping enterprises in Shandong Province, and the construction of Shandong tourism shopping system. In the first section, the theoretic base part of the thesis, correlative terms, concepts and theories in literatures all from Chinese and English were referenced. Literature analysis drew out an entirely new understanding of articles for tourism shopping. Through an analysis for the tourist shopping motivation and behavior character, a future trend of tourism shopping was generalized that was individuation consumption and experienced shopping. Based on the analysis, some scientific concepts for tourism shopping enterprises and also the"term"tourism shopping system were put forward. A framework of tourism shopping system was then schemed.
