In recent years,with the economy downward pressure increase,the interest rate marketization accelerating,overall bank credit risk increasing,and the impact of the Internet financial,as well as many joint-stock commercial Banks and city commercial Banks set up in the L city.A bank L branch has set up more than 20 years old,has many personnel management problems,such as difficulty in recruitment,staffs work enthusiasm is not high,turnover rate rise.Incentive is the most important and core function in human resource management.It plays a very important role in attracting,retaining and using talents.It is also an important part of strategic planning and mediumand long-term development.If banks want to improve these personnel management problems and improve their competitiveness,they must fully understand the needs of grassroots employees,and on this basis,continuously improve existing incentives,motivate the grass-roots stafrs work enthusiasm,mobilize grass-roots staffs work motivation,play a grass-roots staffs subjective initiative,and enhance corporate cohesion.The research object of this paper is the incentive measures of the grass-roots employees of A bank L branch.At present,the incentive measures of A bank L branch are relatively simple and backward,which has a very limited effect on the enthusiasm and motivation of staff.The purpose of this paper is to propose a grass-roots employee incentive optimization plan for A bank L branch,activate the bank's employment mechanism,and provide a strong manpower guarantee for the healthy and sustainable developmentofA bankL branch.Firstly,through literature reading and sorting,it summarizes the existing incentive research results of domestic and abroad.Secondly,through questionnaire survey,the incentive status of the grass-roots employees of A bank L branch is understood,and from the salary and welfare,performance appraisal,career development and spiritual motivation to analyze the problems existing in the incentives for grassroots employees ofA bank L branch.Thirdly,for the problems existing in the incentive measures for grassroots employees of A bank L branch,proposes optimization plans which includes salary and welfare,performance appraisal,career development and spiritual motivation.Finally,the expected effect of the incentives for the grass-roots employee incentives ofA bank L branchwas analyzed.This paper analyzes the incentives of the grass-roots employees ofA bank L branchand proposes optimization plans,which will help to stimulate employees' enthusiasm and initiative,improve the bank's performance level,tap the potential of employees,improve their own quality,enhance employee identification,improve the cohesiveness of the company,and played a significant role in the development of the bank.
