The Social Insurance Problem Of Research About Private Enterprise In Our Country

"It's time to speed up the social insurance system which should accommodate itself toeconomic level." Mentioned in the Second Conference Sixteenth Session of ChineseCommunist Party. The core of social security institution is social insurance, which plays animportant role in keeping society stable and fulfilling people's need for safety and promotingeconomic development. The private enterprises develop rapidly with economic system reformtarget of socialism market ascertaining and social structural change fastening. At present, asfar as the development of Chinese social insurance concerned, the social insurance modeunder planned economy system is not in accordance with the need for the development ofmarket economy . Our social insurance of private enterprise lays further behind thedevelopment of economy. Thus, the authority should enforce propaganda of public voice,strengthen supervising mechanism, reinforce the construction of union organization, and buildcorresponding law and so on. It is in accordance with our economic institution reform andsocial construction to build and perfect social insurance system of private enterprisesemployees. The authority should combine private employees with social insurance systemveritably and propel the process of our social insurance system. This article is divided into five parts: In part one, the author represents some relativeconcepts such as the social insurance of the private enterprise employees and expounds thesignificance of it;In part two, the author analyzes the social insurance actualities of theprivate enterprise employees and the reasons why these problems exist;In part three, theauthor analyzes the reason in greater details why such employees taking insurance areaffected;In part four, the social insurance status in foreign countries and the apocalypse toours are represented;In the last part, the author brings forward some methods which can settlethe problems of the social insurance of the private enterprise employees.The innovation of my article: 1.Among the present research about social insuranceinstitution of our country, there're a few special analysis of the social insurance problem ofprivate enterprise .Most of them only refer to the problem and give us a descriptively briefanalysis,while taking private enterprise as the point of contact to the social insuranceinstitution, taking the protection of employees' legal rights as main line, this article activelyresearches the social insurance problem of private enterprise and makes out the solution.2.This article expounds and proves the practical significance of social insurance of privateenterprise in China, completely analyses the reason to the social insurance problem of privateenterprise in China. Therefore we can make a conclusion that at present social insurance inprivate enterprise must be put on the right course of social insurance system, which must becarried out by stages step by step. 3.After analyzing the fund raising structure of foreignsocial insurance, this article finds out a combination between the foothold of Chinesecondition with usage the social institution of foreign countries for reference, in search of theconstructive way to social insurance with Chinese characteristics.
