| TA software Co. LTD is a small software company which has established for four years. After four years development, the company has experienced the first stage since its setting up. In today' s hyper-competitive environment, in order to seize the opportunity, integrate the limited resources and develop rapidly, we must make a reasonable developing strategy based on comprehensive and thoroughly analysis of the company's internal and external environment, and its advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, the paper takes this company as an example to study relevant problems about the developing strategy of the company, and put forward some useful suggestions.The first chapter summarizes the content, study method and value of this paper. Chapter two first itroduces the present business and human resource of TA software Co. LTD. Then it analyzes its existent problems. It is the introduction of strategic study in chapter three. Chapter three is the most important part of this paper. It analyzes the company' s internal and external environment, and its resources thoroughly from macro environment, industrial environment , resources and strength the company owns , and its market position. Then the paper use SWOT(strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis method to summarizes all the above study and finger out the developing strategy. This chapter uses PEST (political, economic, social, technological)analyzingmethod, SWOT analyzing method and BCG analyzing method. When analyzing the industrial environment, the paper analyzes the five forces in this industry by Porter s five forces model. Chapter four put forward strategic developing plan of TA software Co. LTD in the following three aspects: marketing positioning, human resource management and software services. They are the concrete measure that support the company developing strategy.The purpose of this paper is making strategic developing plan for TA software Co. LTD, through strategic analysis. By focusing limited resources and specialized operation to realize strategic development of small software company. It will provide some useful idea for the same small software companies. |
