Behind today's serious market competition, technological innovation has been providing endless power for enterprises as one of the kernels of the enterprise innovation system. The strength of enterprise competition capabilities reflects the levels of enterprise's core competitiveness and the power of the enterprise's whole technological innovation. Therefore ,technological innovation is the basic assurance of enterprise's survival and development.The technological innovation system of Shaoxing textile enterprises is still on the way of explorations and reforming and is not finalized, the traditional planning system is still functioning in many aspects, new market economy system has been penetrating into all aspects; there are lots of outstanding problems and obstacles during the technological innovation process in textile enterprises.
