The 21st century is the knowledge economy times, so the human resources are the first resources in this time, and it's the key strategic resource in the corporation survival and the development, whether the appropriate and outstanding staffs are recruited or not is the key for enterprise prosperity or down. Obviously staff's recruitment, which is critical to enterprise human resources reasonable formation, the management and the development, is important foundational work in the human resources management and the development work.The paper mainly discusses the design of a privately operated enterprise's employment recruitment system, namely beginning with the foundational work -human resources plan and the work analysis, to the choice of employment recruitment channel, obtaining the position candidates, how to evaluate applicants, and policy-making as well. The work straightens out the work responsibilities of various departments, and strengthens their communication and support mutually, so that the standards of company's overall human resources supervisory work are reached to lay gradually the base for the company strategic realization.This paper mainly contains six parts: The first part is mainly the employment recruitment theories; The second part introduces the present situation and analysis of the enterprise, mainly about anglicizing the present recruitment situation and mention the necessity of the establishment of scientific recruitment system; The third part is to introduce the earlier period preparation work -human resources planand the work analysis; The fourth part in detail introduces about the recruitment system design, as well as the responsibilities of various departments and measurements taken in the practical of recruitment system, especially the structurization interview is proposed to improve the scientific nature and objectivity; The fifth part formulated "Intern System" to strengthen the SH corporation's special community management; The sixth part briefly evaluate the characteristics and drawbacks of employment recruitment.
