Under the background of economic globalization and information age,talents' update and flow are more and more frequent,the stability is declining seriously,so the enterprise starts to pay more and more attention and money to human resources management,especially spares no efforts to introduce talents.As we all know that recruitment is the talent input port,it is also the main way to introduce talents,thus the effective recruitment is particularly important.In this context,this article cooperates with Z enterprise to evaluate its effectiveness of recruitment,aimed to provide guidance for the future recruit work.This research is divided into three steps: first is to build a recruitment evaluation index system,determining which aspects should be assessed and selecting the good level and secondary index,this step is based on literature reading.Followed by using questionnaire to survey all the executive or manager of recruitment and other people who engaged in the recruit work of the Z oil company,to know the recruitment level of Z on the whole,and to find the prominent problems.Third is to find out the cause of the problem through the interview,insight into their expectation and requirements for improving recruitment.The recruitment evaluation of Z includes six aspects,they are recruitment quantity,recruitment quality,timeliness of recruitment,recruitment methods,recruitment costs,other related aspects.The basic conclusions that we get from questionnaire investigation and interview are followed:the number of recruitment mainly depends on the national index,the enterprise autonomy is very weak;during the training and internship,enterprise lacks of targeted performance appraisal system,besides affected by the particularity of state-owned enterprises,it always means all freshmen are qualified;The time of recruitment is basically regularly,it is the annual campus recruitment,although there is social recruitment occasionally,it has too much difficulties so far;when it comes to recruitment costs,Z never do recruitment cost budget,because they do not care it at all;Z's recruitment methods are traditional and old relatively,and they never assess these methods effectiveness;Other aspects that related to recruitment are mostly do not satisfied.
