With the teams become popular in enterprises gradually, teams play more and more important roles in the development of the enterprises. The intragroup conflicts management become more and more important too. Although there are lots of researches about conflicts management in theory now, the researches are so few on which conflicts management strategy should be selected and how will it affect the team's performance when one intragroup conflict appeared.Intragroup conflicts are the relationship between team employees which can't be coordinated well, the contradiction will become acute and actions will confront. They are belong to the organization conflicts, the team operation efficiency will be affected if we avoid or control the conflicts all the time;on the other side, if we take actively attitude to manage the conflicts, our team's performance will be better.This dissertation research based on employees about intragroup conflicts management's effects on its performance .After researched lots of home and abroad conflicts management theory and team performance theory ,got several dynamic factors which affect the team's performance based on employees, hereby we designed a questionnaire to investigate the conflicts management in some selected enterprises, and then use the software SPSS to analyse the investigation results, built the relationship between five common conflicts management strategies and the dynamic factors affected team's performance based on employees, and from which we can know how the conflicts management strategies affect the team's performance. The conclusion provide some intragroup conflicts management strategies for theory researchers and managers ,which are valuable both in theory and in application, at the same time, this conclusion is applicable for all kinds of team.
