Study On The System Analysis And Development Strategy Of Tianjin Petrochemical Corporation

This paper systemically analyses the external circumstances of Tianjinpetrochemical enterprises based on strategic management method. It discussespetroleum resources and petrochemical markets, developing features of domesticand foreign petrochemical industry, and the current macro policy of petrolum inour country in detail, then forecasts the prospect of future petrochemical markets.By applying Principal Components Analysis method and Clustering Analysis, thepaper analyses the position of TPCC in SINOPEC, then presents the weakness ofTPCC. The SWOT method is used in the analysis and the demand of relevantinterest is taken into account when outlines the TPCC stratagem. The paperanalyses the controlling index of development stratagem of TPCC using BalancedScorecard method, and then points out the direction of future work. The final partof the paper proposes the countermeasures for the development of TPCC.
