Enterprise culture creates outstanding achievement for enterprises. However under the environment of intensifying market competition and rapid transformation, enterprise culture does not follow the market changeable demands, which restricts the implementation of enterprise new management strategies. By now it is extremely difficult even if enterprises make huge endeavor to maintain and increase the achievement and it is unable to realize. The abstract good enterprise culture connotation does not exist in enterprises, nor does the culture of "overcoming enemies". Only when enterprise culture always adapts to environment, can enterprises transfer all system cells to adapt to the changing environment, thus to maintain and innovate management achievements. In other words, the enterprise culture with high achievements is able to adapt to enterprise management environment and its life cycle changes.This dissertation tries to take the already existed enterprise culture theories and enterprise life cycle theory as a foundation, explore the enterprise culture from the angle of enterprise life cycle to help enterprises to construct the matching culture to realize good management achievement. The dissertation can be divided into four chapters expect introduction. The Second chapter discusses enterprise culture theory in detail and summarizes the connotation and the essential factors of enterprise culture. It explains the enterprise culture in economic aspects such as path dependence, game theory and transaction cost. The third chapter discusses enterprise management life cycle and enterprise culture life cycle. Taking the enterprise life cycle theory as foundation, it systematically analyzes enterprise life cycle and enterprise culture life cycle, as well as correlation mechanism and proposes the enterprise culture function model. The fourth chapter, combining the enterprise life cycle, applying the corresponding enterprise culture reengineering strategy, proposes the method, the essential factors and the flow of enterprise culture reengineering and presents the issues needed to be paid attention. The fifth chapter, on the analysis of PEAI, combing the enterprise external environment characteristics, proposes the enterprise culture matching enterprise life cycle and makes an explanation with an example.This dissertation widely absorbs the already existed research results and takes the management theory and the economic correlation theories as foundation, using the synthesis utilization and PEAI analytic method to conduct the research. Thisexploration is hoped to promulgate the relations between enterprise culture and enterprise life cycle to construct the matching enterprise culture to realize good management achievement and lengthen the enterprise life.
