Corporate culture creates outstanding achievement for enterprises.However, under the environment of intensifying market competition and rapid transformation, corporate culture does not follow the market changeable demands, which restricts the implementation of new management strategies of the enterprise. The abstract good corporate culture connotation does not exist in enterprises, nor does the culture of "over coming enemies". Only when corporate culture always adapts to environment, can enterprise transfer all system cells to adapt to the changing environment thus to maintain and promote management achievements. In other words, the corporate culture with high achievements is able to adapt to enterprise management environment and its life cycle.The development of enterprise is similar to many lives bodies, also experiences the process of living and the old declining. This article divides it into four phases—the enterprises living phase, growth phase , mature phase and decline phase. Different phase in enterprise be able to present different characteristics, displays for different corporate culture. The enterprise must establish the corporate culture which adapts with each development phase for developing smoothly. However the corporate culture can not transform according to enterprise's development by itself, therefore when enters a new development phase, enterprise should change the corporate culture of the preceding phase, causes the corporate culture and the enterprise development phase adapts, enhances the enterprise competitive ability, and lengthens the enterprise life.This article mainly divides into four parts, the first part briefly introduce the research background, the research purpose and the significance, review the research course of the enterprise life cycle and the corporate culture, proposed necessity of this article studies; The second part defined the corporate culture, the enterprise life cycle, the corporate culture change at first, has analyzed the influence enterprise life cycle in exterior and interior factor, emphatically elaborated the corporate culture to the enterprise life influence, proposed the corporate culture change to the enterprise life influence, finally proposed how to achieve the change. The third part carries on the analysis to each life phase characteristic, has contrasted various phases culture, proposed the task of various stages cultural change; The fourth part is the conclusion. From the analysis and proven of the previous article, the corporate culture needs and change as follows: in the living phase, corporate culture is in the stage of taking form, the task is that the founder should reinforce the consciousness of culture manages and scan self hypothesis unceasingly. In the growth phase, The task of corporate culture change is that reinforce the management of system culture, found mechanism of encouraging and rewarding. In the decline phase, the task is to mould corporate culture, mould by itself or transplant excellent corporate culture by merging.
