As a subsystem of the great social culture, corporate culture exists in every enterprise. Excellent corporate culture accelerates tremendous development of a company;otherwise, it will weaken the organizational functions. More and more Chinese enterprises are paying attention to building the corporate culture. However, many of them are faced with lots of problems, both in theory and practices. E.g. corporate culture does not match with enterprise management;"execution" is stressed but it is so hard to carry out;what on earth is corporate culture;how to define core values of an enterprise;what are there in an enterprise principle system;how to make corporate culture assort with management systems;how to advance innovation of corporate culture;etc.An excellent corporate culture has to meet 4 standards: based on individuality, corporate strategy, basic business norms and humanity. (1) individuality is the life of an enterprise culture;(2) corporate strategy is the foundation (3) business norms are the principles and (4)respect for humanity is the fundamentality of corporate culture. These 4 aspects are not independent of each other;they move forward in an order of sequence. When building a corporate culture, we should first find out enterpriser's spiritual individuality and enterprise's organizational individuality;and then check with corporate strategy;finally perfect it by business norms and humanity. Furthermore, building corporate culture is a complicated process. It is not just about drafting out a creed, which is a beginning of the process. While building a corporate culture, we should start with problems an enterprise have and gradually find a systematic solution with orientation of these problems. Enterprise leaders and enterpriser team, backbones and every member of the organization should getinvolved in this project of building corporate culture, with effective and brief principles, work processes and methods. Meanwhile, the core values must be put into effect in enterprise systems.So far in China, the research on corporate culture has been limited to the connotation of corporate culture, corporate culture and social culture, corporate culture and strategy, corporate culture and innovation, and management etc. however, little research has been done on theory of practicality. Therefore, this paper is intended to go deep into the question of how to build and help corporate culture take root, unscramble how to make the corporate culture individual, forward-looking, traditional, practical and operable, which covers corporate strategy, human resources, marketing management, brand building, quality management and other aspects of enterprise management. It should become genes which keeps the enterprise going, and hopefully be used for references by Chinese enterprises which are built to last.
