Research On Development Level Of Yingkou Port's Throughput

According to browsing many relevant periodicals, it summarized that development level of port's throughput was studied usually in method of qualitative analysis in former, in additional, several predicting models were set up, such as linear regression, gray theory, index analysis and artificial neural network (ANN). Recently, scholars put intention to analyzing on the development of Yingkou port's throughput. However, it appeared obvious margin between conclusion obtained in way of quantitative analysis and actual institution, due to native economic developing very quickly, macro economical policy reforming constantly, and domestic/international market condition volatizing. Therefore, the method of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis combined together was applied to predict the main objects of throughput, including ①The goods getting/setting mechanism;②Present/developmental economical situation of native port;③Capability of throughput goods and the circumstance about basic facilities' construction;④④Developing program of goods belonged to certain profession.In order to find out clearly the development of native economic and infrastructure inevitably promoting to the increasing throughput of port, the methods, which included investigation on cargo source, related analysis and cycle time method etc, were adopted. In the ways, the development direction of port was obtained, and developmental trend of throughput's targets were predicted to make clear. The detailed frames just were showed as below.First, as far as the targets of throughput total amount, container amount and main shipping objects (steel, metals mineral and food, etc.) were concerned, which just included total mount, interior trading mount, foreign trade mount, import quantity and export quantity, its developmental trend, direction, own structure characteristics were respectively analyzed.Secondly, based on analyzing about the relativity and recursive characteristic between port throughput and native economic condition, it made sure that the certain targets, which port economic must possess, made port economic have ability to promote the native economical development. In addition, through combing completely the recursive analysis onnative economic and port throughput, the developmental potential was predicted in method of qualitative analysis.Finally, the collusions, respectively obtained by quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, were macro evaluated so that the developmental level of Yingkou port throughput in 2010. The developmental strategy of main port's goods was also established, and the program of basic construction was draw up.
