Construct Harmonious Urban-rural Relationship In The Overall Development

Guiding by the idea of scientific development ,the thesis mainly studies constructing harmonious urban-rural relationship in the overall development. At first, it reviews the urban-rural relationship in the process of world modernization and the models of urbanization,then analyses the differences between the city and the countryside in the dual structure of our country and the hindering effect to social and economic development. The urban-rural relationship is improving with the advancing reforms of the countryside and the city, but the present situation is not optimistic, there are some new contradictions in the new situation. Our country meets with an important strategic opportunity of industry feeding back agriculture at present, and the government also draws a blueprint of constructing socialism harmonious society, opportunity and challenge coexists. At last, the thesis puts forward some countermeasures for constructing harmonious urban-rural relationship based on the view of designing and carrying out that scientifically is systems engineering ,it points out that new countryside constructing is a strategic action for urban-rural overall development. Only when the harmonious urban-rural relationship establishes on the foundation of helping each other and making progress together can socialist harmonious society comes true in the future.
