Research On Water Price Formulation Based Upon Water Resource Assets Value

Water resource crisis has become one of worldwide resource environmental problems. The extensive management in water resource development in our country results mainly from lower water price, which should be improved and formulated in my research based on the stern background. Nowadays the research on water price related to water resource assets value is in blank and the research on formulation of water price based upon its value is stated. This article will firstly discuss present problems and reasons existed in water price, then analyzing correlation theories on water resource value in order to provide instructions for water price formulation .And it will prove maneuverability on formulating standards of water price analyzing case and comparing different water supplement goals. The object matter and innovation are as follows:1. The article manifests some problems and causes of water price. The problems of water price are complex and the most important is deviation of water price and its value .The most important cause is deviation of water price formulation and its value.2. The article offers theory instruction to water price formulation analyzing the theory of water resource assets value.3. The article establishes water price standard in point and researches relative merits under the ground of different water price level on water price standard using value quantification means based on analyzing influent factors and principles and procedure that should be observed.4.
