The hard nut brought by the "multiple values" makes the relationship between related Interest entities more complicated.Next, the text analyzes related interest entities within the present world heritage management in our country and comments on the conflict of interests within the present world heritage management in our country. Currently there are two kinds of management model, that is, traditional management model and the listed company management model. Because the ownership management system of the world heritage resources in our country is not perfect, not normative, traditional management model not only make ownership system powerless or weaken the original function, but also make the authority, efficiency of the administration management system soften or lose.
