Research On KM's Application In LLEM Corporation

With the development of science and technology, we come into the times of knowledge economy. The main symbol of the times is that the knowledge became into the crucial factor on economy increasing and enterprise core competition. This paper illuminated the KM's (knowledge management) ways and means by the typical enterprise application of the KM. It has certain referenced value and meaning to KM's application, especially to the state-owned enterprise.This paper includes five chapters, the first part is the forward, it shows what's the KM ,and the KM's background , meaning and essentiality.The second Part discusses The KM's strategic plan of LLEM Corporation. The third part analyses the whole key components of the enterprise based on KM, they are the KM's technological structure , knowledge resource, management team and enterprise culture . The forth part is the research on the KM's technological structure;it illustrates the main technological structure of the KM, the hardware and software system, and how to set up the core structure and system based on KM. The last is this paper's principal part. The author establishes the main management system associated with the enterprise, such as enterprise culture, team work, business process promoting system and measurement, etc. Meanwhile, how to use this system to improve the efficiency and the core competitive abilities has been discussed.
