During the period of 20th century, the human capital theory first concept"human capital" and "human capital investment", then the question of employees'education and training is one of the focuses by the area of theory and enterprise.Nowadays, "knowledge expanding" isn't a new word. When face with the fastdevelopment of world economics and more and more competitive in talent, how toattract, stay, and training talent to fit for the newly requirement is the focus by theenterprise, training is one of the solutions.Though company will spend a lot of resource, including human, material andmoney in training, due to doesn't have the effective training evaluation system, takeeffective actions in training requirement survey before training, have effectiveevaluation methods during the training and timely, scientific following up after thetraining, training and training evaluation is only on the surface and didn't exert itsadvantage.Focusing on the problems in training evaluation, the author think that the base isbuilding up effective training evaluation system, the core is cooperating with trainer,organizational management, training officer, trainees' manager and also trainee,thekey points are evaluation factors and methods. By this, the training efficient could beimprove from the basis.Due to the correlativeness is near to zero, the author use AHP and combinequalitative analysis with quantitative analysis to try to find out the inside relationshipbetween indexes, and get the weight to the whole objective. The author combine theknowledge and working experience in training, wish it would help the practice.
