As China's power companies have paid more and more attention to employee training and gained further understanding on power marketing, training of the sales staff becomes a much important part of the human resource plan. However, traditional training methods and models are still being utilized in training institutions of power companies, which can hardly meet the needs for developing sales staff's quality. Based on summarizing relative theories and methods, this paper manage to design a training system for power sales staff, through systematically analyzing demands of training, making training plan and organization arrangements. The training results evaluation index system is established based on five-hierarchy evaluation model. With full consideration of characteristics of data, data processing is accomplished by fuzzy analytical hierarchy process, which proves the feasibility of the design and calculation model. |
