Research On The Mechanism And Countermeasure Of Coordinate Development In Northeast China

In the 21st century, it emphasizes regional coordinate development, which theeleventh "Five-Year" planning regards will be a fundamental principle. With theregional coordination in China's three major economic "growth pole" as Pearl RiverDelta, Yangtze River Delta and JingJinJi Area, Northeast China also must strengtheninterregional cooperation, and promote regional coordinate development in order tobuild the China's fourth "growth pole".Thourgh using geographical thinking way as the urban-rural interaction andnon-balanced regional development, on the basis of theories and methods on UrbanGeography, Regional Economics, Urban and Regional Planning, using the combinatedway of theoretical analysis and empirical research, quantitative and qualitativeanalysis, the thesis regards Northeast China including three cities and one league inMongolia as the research object, studies emphasizely the mechanisms andcountermeasures on the coordinate development in Northeast China.The thesis includes mainly four parts:The first part, it expounds the fundamental concepts, contents, theories andresearch backgrounds on regional coordinate devolopment, summarizes the relatedbasic theories in order to support the empirical research on the coordinatedevelopment in Northeast China.The second part, it analyzes systematicly the historical trajectory of the regionaldevelopment, and summes up the main features and the existing problems about theregional development in Northeast China.The third part, it studies the formation mechanisms on regional coordinatedevelopment in Northeast China. The research focus on four aspects mainly, such asregional resources endows and geographical mixes, the integration development ofregional industrial structure, the building of regional spatial system, the strength ofsupporting system on regional coordinate development.The fourth part, it puts forward the countermeasures on regional coordinatedevelopment in Northeast China. The text expounds chiefly the four aspects, whichare to break up the state obstacles influencing regional development, to speed up theurbanization promotion and reasonable urban spatial organization, to set down overallmanipulation countermeasures on regional intergrated development, and to form andperfect the organization of regional coordinate development.
