Based on reference data, the paper analyzes the instance of land transfer generally and discusses the main character and the problems existed with some economic models in Taian.The conclusions of studying the rural land use right transfer in Taian are as follows:(1) Land use transfer is one of systems engineering. It refers to the theory of geosciences, economics, jurisprudence and ethics, and so on.(2) Land use right transfer varies predominantly in the scale of total quantity among many counties. Xintai City, the maximum scale of land transfer, is more 33300mu than that of*Taishan district, the minimum scale in this investigation region. In the transfer ratio, Taishan district is the largest,and Ningyang city is the smallest in our investigation region.(3)The primary form of land transfer includes subcontract, lease, resale, interchange in Taian city. In the ratio calculated subcontract is 46.8%, lease is 16.5%, rssale is 15.4%, interchange is 19.3%,others is 2%.(4)The trend of land transfer development is as follows: spontaneous transfer diverts to designed transfer, transferring in miniature diverts to transferring cosmically. Also the land use turns agriculture use into others..The transfer range is extended gradually.(5)The paper generalizes that the primary factors which influences the land use transfer in Taian city include property right, market, location, social security, law consciousness,and so on.(6)The form of land use tranefer in Taian city should change to diversification gradually.
