| With the rapid development of economy, tourism industry is becoming one of the key industries in our economy. As an important part of the tourism industry, the leisure fishery is playing more important role than ever. As an important composition of the sightseeing fishery, aquarium tourism facilities the development of the sightseeing fishery tourism. The aquarium tourism, which shows strong vigor and unique charm in the tourism development, not only provides the public with an ideal space for recreation and relaxation, but also is a knowledge carrier for the education of science, technology, and culture. In the process of marine creature collecting, studying, feeding, protecting and exhibiting, the aquarium re-creates and illustrates the dynamic change of fresh water habitats, marine habitats and its ecological environments. Therefore, aquariums become an ideal place to tour, a regional nature reserve for propagating the science and technology knowledge to the public. These are the demands from our modern age, the demands from the self survival, development and continual improving of aquariums.This thesis, at the beginning, discussed the current situation of aquarium tourism in China. In the form of case studies of the typical aquariums in Dalian and Beijing, this thesis analyzed and studied their current situations, existing problems and development strategies. Based on these in-depth study, the thesis discussed the necessarily and practicality of Chinese aquarium tourism development, pointed out the main existing problems and essences in aquarium tourism development, and also, presents the theoretical basis and approaches for the future development direction of aquariums and the stable and healthy development of aquariums in China. Finally, the thesis prospected the future development of the aquariums, summarized the development strategies of our aquarium tourism, leading to the path of sustainable development of aquarium tourism in China. |
