Urban Construction Land Forecast And Space Expanding Analysis Based On The "ESDA-GIS"

Urban construction land is an important part of regional economic development. The spatial expansion of urban construction land is becoming the major feature of the changes in utilizing land day by day. At present, the process of urbanization is becoming faster and faster, and the need for urban construction land is becoming more and more urgent. The conflict between supply and need is more and more serious, which embodied in the following two aspects: the extensive utilizing way plays more than the intensive using way; construction land extends disorderly, and the functional distribution is out-of-order. The introducing of new technologies can simulate, predict and control the enlarging model of urban construction land. This is of practical suggestive value for drawing a new blueprint for land use.Based on the new theories, advanced technologies abroad, and relevant studies at home, this thesis studies the urban land use of Bi Shan County in Chongqing. Bi Shan County is amending the general plan of land use. After fieldwork, analyzing the spatial organization and the extending of the urban construction land, and comparing the relevant studies at home, this thesis adopts "ESDA-GIS" to study the scale of urban construction land. ESDA theory is used to research on the spatial self-organization of the urban land. And with the powerful spatial analyzing function of GIS, this thesis stimulates the classification and spatial differences of urban construction land of Bi Shan County.
