The Research Of Construction Land Spatial Layout In BiShan County Of Chongqing

Construction land is an important part of land resources,at the mean time it is the important physical carrier of social-economic activities.The average land resources in China is limited due to the large population,with the development of social-economic in recent years,construction land outstretched rapidly with the common instance of random layout and randomly engross the agrarian land,resulted to the increasingly prominent paradox of human-land and human-nature.Optimizing the construction land spatial layout and promoting the rational outstretch of construction land is the key to solve the paradox of human-land,carry out the scientific development methods.This paper do some research on the construction land usage in BiShan county,discussed the ways and methods to optimize the construction land usage layout.The following four parts are:Part 1:chapter 1 and chapter 2.Introduction.The significance and background,the research object,target,contents,way of thinking and ways.Part 2:chapter 3and chapter 4..The present situations of construction land usage are analyzed in BiShan county,it points out the existence prominent paradox problems in space layout of construction land usage,the rapidly expand and random layout of outskirts of a city,the unreasonable development of the center city zone,urban residential located in small and disperse area,the imbalance distribute of road land usage,random system and so on.Part 3:chapter 5 and 6.Based on the present situation and related theories,from the aspects of topography-physiognomy,geology engineering,location condition,natural disaster,basic conditions,we choose 15 indicators to instruct the construction land usage plasticity evaluation index system,BiShan county are calculated to be 5 catalogues such as the most plasticity,plasticity,rather plasticity,un plasticity,quite un plasticity,the exploited construction areas are individually 90.37km~2,82.87 km~2,367.73 km~2,289.50 km~2,84.53 km~2.the relative methods are used to analyze the influence factors and function mechanism of the construction land usage,at the same time,the scale of urban industrial mine land usage and rural residential locations are predicted to be 3969.48 hm~2,5571.20 hm~2 individually in 2020 of BiShan county,it gives an instruction to the scale of construction land usage.Part 4:chapter 7 and 8.Five steps are mentioned in the construction land optimize layout of BiShan county:The new round of planning must point out focuses,make scientific layouts and strengthen the control.,model of central urban group,the accumulation of industrial land usage to garden,to impose the rural programming,to construct a newly rural community,quicken the construction of traffic internet network,to be a"half an hour BiShan county".Finally,the optimize layout technology,policy,measures to keep economic are analyzed.
