On this condition, in order to advance the innovation of vocational colleges, improve the educational quality and enhance the college abilities in many aspects, we should find out the right construction of all subjects.The Management of Logistics in vocational colleges is a new specialty and has a good chance to grow well. In our country, markets need lots of persons with logistics ability, but we are lack of them greatly, such persons have been ranked into the Twelve Talents who markets need urgently. Setting up the Management of Logistics in Chongqing Vocational & Technical college accords with the development plan in Logistics of Chongqing and it also accords with the practice of the college. The time is short since the appearance of Logistics till now, the educational conditions are bad, the educational experience is short, and other problems, such as the blindness and the width in specialty construction, the wrongness in direction, being short of special teachers, practice bases and the experience of specialty construction, and so on, to the above problems, the writer's conceptions about specialty construction are as following:Logistics in vocational colleges should be developed from many aspects: fore and aft, develop the theory, the design and the actualization of specialty construction, all the subjects should be led by constructivism, humanism, Competence Based Education and Multiple Intelligences Theory, and, develop three subsidiary systems: the kernel system, the support and assurance system, the evaluation and feedback system.
