The sales system reform of Sinopec is keeping pace with the gradual opening of domestic oil product market, and based on this background the thesis introduced harmonized management theory to guide this reform theoretically and practically.Through in-depth analysis of the sales system reform of Sinopec prefecture-level oil companies, the thesis applied harmonized management theory in establishing the human resource allocation and harmonized management system for Sinopec prefecture-level oil companies. By analyzing the external environment and internal human resource allocation situation of Sinopec prefecture-level oil companies, the thesis drew out the theme of harmony to guide the allocation process as well as test its effect.
