The Evaluation System Studies Of Key Science Research Base Of State Administration Of Cultural Heritage

The purpose of Science and Technology Evaluation (Sci-tech Evaluation) is to evaluate the activities of the Science and Technology and its efficiency. The Evaluation of the Science research organization is a important part of the Sci-tech Evaluation. How to evaluate the research organization roundly, fairly, objectively, exactly, in order to carry out the macro-control and interior optimization is a great meaning for the reform and development of the organization.In 2004, the state administration of culture heritage put forward a goal of constructing the innovative system of science and technology which is a frame of four floor in culture heritage protection.
