The Problem Study On Jilin Province Traditional Industry Reform With The Latest High Technology

In the paper, first, on the basis of the relative theories, the author summarizes the actualities on the traditional industry reform with the latest technology in Jilin Province, then analyzes the disadvantageous condition, which mainly comprises the shortage of funds and persons with ability, and lack of drives to reform in enterprises. According to foreign experience, such as, America and Japan, the author puts forward the following approaches to settles the problems: to establish and perfect the mechanism of investment and financing so as to satisfy the requirements of the funds; to reform the system of the personnel management and make it continuously train personnel with great spirit of innovation; to speed up the traditional industry reform with the latest high technology and remove the traditional industry step by step; to study the policy and try to make better circumstance for traditional industry reform with the latest high technology.
