The Philosophical Foundation And Model Research Of Transforming Traditional Resource-based Industries By Using High Technology

Traditional resource-based industries are the fundamental industries of the national economy, which occupies the dominant position of the national economy. But along the extensive long-linear model of economic development for a long time, resulting in slow upgrading of the industrial structure, low utilization of resources, deterioration of ecological environment. There are typical issues mentioned above exist in traditional industries of Lianghuai coal resource type cities which need to be upgraded by using high technology.This paper tries to research the mode of remolding traditional resources-basedindustries with high and new technology. Firstly, from the perspective of philosophy, dialectical materialism theory and ecological view from natural dialectics have been adopted to serve as basis in philosophical theory for remolding the traditional resources-based industries. On such a basis, the general mode of remolding the traditional resources-based industries with high and new technology is summarized. The analysis of traditional resources-based industries system in Lianghuai area has been carried out with SWOT method, which also borrows the successfully remolding experience of developed countries, in order to research the practical mode of remolding the traditional resources-based industries in Lianghuai area with high and new technology, which will bring change to low-qulaity economic growth mode with high consumption, high emission and low efficiency of traditional industries in resources-based cities, and build up a resources-frugal and environment-friendly society.
