Coal mining not only promotes social and economic development, but also raises a lot ofquestion on ecological environment. December2012Ministry of Environmental Protectionissued "mine ecological environment protection and recovery management programmingguidelines". Shaanxi Province took the lead to carry out the work, part of the mine tocomplete the preparation of ecological environmental restoration program, but only forqualitative evaluation. Then, select the evaluation factors, quantitative evaluation and indexsystem have yet to be studied. The thesis Ningtiaota mine as an example to carry out research,mainly to get the recognition and Conclusion:(1) On the basis of field surveys and data collection systems, we mastered the basicinformation Ningtiaota geological environment in coal mining areas, the ecological state ofthe environment and human engineering activities.(2) We analyze the main factors of ecological environment quality Ningtiaota coal mines,By pairwise comparison approach, we selected the hydrogeological conditions, landforms,land use, soil type, degree of geological hazards, vegetation cover, soil erosion type andintensity, population density and the amount of ground subsidencefive years. We use thesenine indicators as an evaluation factor and the establishment of the index system and gradingstandards Ningtiaota coal mine ecological environment impact assessment.(3) We use the analytic hierarchy process, combined with Matlab software programmingto determine the weight of each evaluation factor.As can be seen from the results,in theevaluation index system, for the environmental impact of Ningtiaota mine ecologicalevaluation, the greatest impact on ecological environment is the norm layer, followed by theimpact of human activity, the less affected by the geological environment.We sort of impact,which index layer evaluation factors on the ecological environment status quo, in the following order: Vegetation coverage> degree geological hazards> type and intensity of soilerosion> land use> soil types.(4) We use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and the use of spatial analysis moduleof MAPGIS software, for Ningtiaota coal mines on the environment impact assessment andmake a partition. The evaluation results into less affected, in general, more severe and seriousfour levels. The ecological environment in mining area is less affected12.7211km2,accounting for9.74%of the total area; the general area of87.2060km2, accounting for66.74%of the total area; the more serious area of10.8433km2, accounting for8.30%of the total area;the serious area of19.8942km2, accounting for15.22%of the total area. The evaluationresults more in line with the actual investigation, Ningtiaota coal mine ecologicalenvironment protection and recovery management provides a reference to the data, but alsofor future coal mine ecological environment impact assessment to provide a reference.
