The Coordinated Development Of Ecological Environment And Economic In Liaoning Coastal Zone

The development planning in Liaoning coastal economic zone is approved on July1,2009. Liaoning coastal development area as a whole has been formally incorporated intonational strategies. Liaoning coastal zone is the carrier of the strategy implementation. Thecoordinated development of ecological environment and economic in Liaoning coastal zone isthe key to achieve sustainable economic development in Liaoning province. This study refersto a large number of literatures at home and abroad and put the Dandong, Dalian, Yingkou,Panjin, Jinzhou and Huludao as the study area. Liaoning coastal zone, based on systematicallyanalyzing dynamic development of ecological environment and economic of15years from1997to2011, select appropriate indicators, use the entropy weight method to determine indexweight, and apply variable fuzzy model, while quantitatively measure time and spatialdifference in comprehensive index of coordinated development of ecological environment andeconomy. The results show that:(1) From1997to201115years, six cities in Liaoning coastal ecological environmentindex change between0.536~0.693. Dandong changes between0.542~0.678, while overallhas good development trend. Dalian changes between0.558~0.674, while overall has atendency to turn better. Yingkou changes between0.562~0.691, changes in recent years by abig margin, and there is a gradual downward trend. The ecological environmentcomprehensive index of Panjin changes between0.536~0.653, while presents the rising trend.Jinzhou changes between0.548~0.693, while has a good development trend. Huludaochanges between0.567~0.641, while ecological status is better.(2) From1997to201115years, six cities in Liaoning coastal the economiccomprehensive index of Liaoning coastal zone6cities change between0.508~0.736.Dandong changes between0.557~0.736, stabilized in recent years. Dalian changes between0.508~0.680, while has a slightly declining tendency. Yingkou changes between0.538~0.657,while sustainable development is not optimistic. Panjin changes between0.526~0.629, whilethe whole is developing in a benign direction. Jinzhou changes between0.554~0.668, whilethe overall form in the second industry as the leading economic form. Jinzhou changesbetween0.521~0.662, while the overall is in the direction to the coordinated development ofheavy and light industry. (3) From1997to201115years, coordinated development of economy and environmentindex of Liaoning coastal zone6cities change between0.536~0.661.15years from1997to2011. Dandong changes between0.572~0.661, while the whole is in the stage of betterdynamic balance. Dalian changes between0.535~0.635, while the whole is in the stage ofdynamic balance. Yingkou between0.560~0.650changes in recent years has significantlydecreased, but still in the stage of dynamic equilibrium, sustainable development outlook isnot optimistic. Panjin changes between0.560~0.640, while the whole in the stage of higherthan that of dynamic balance and on the rise. Jinzhou changes between0.576~0.648, whilethe whole are higher than dynamic equilibrium phase, but are not in the obvious coordinationphase. Huludao0.572~0.640change in the overall dynamic balance in higher stages, and theupward trend.
