In this paper, the area-liaoning coastal economic belt is facing economic developmentand environmental resource constraint contradictions. Although liaoning coastal economicbelt has the advantage of rich resources and the environment, ecological environment systemis very weak. In recent years, although economic belt governments at all levels in theresources and environment management and optimization and achieved a remarkable result,however，due to the economic belt is facing the pressure on resources and environment,environmental protection laws system is not sound and many other causes, the developmentand utilization of resources and environment of economic development against economic belt.So the liaoning coastal economic belt coordinated development of economy and environment,liaoning province of economic belt and the economic sustainable development is of greatsignificance.Scholars at home and abroad do more research for the coordinated development of theeconomy and the environment, draw lessons from the successful experience, put forward thistopic research content.
