According to the basic risk from production line of the plant layout, equipment, technology, personnel, raw materials and other factors, this article focus on the production safety of continuous expanded ammonium nitrate (EAN) explosive production line, discuss the safety of ammonium nitrate, thermal safety analysis of expanded explosive and production line included expansion process, mixing process, assembly process equipment, The programmed remote monitoring, demonstrates the feasibility of EAN production line for production safety.The results shows that, plant layout, system application process equipment selection, remote automatic control, to improve safety in the Ji’nan poly company continuously EAN explosive production line. The analysis of risk factors of production line can effectively prevent the occurrence of safety accidents. Safety and civilization of explosive production is feasible, which has certain guiding significance to the study of safety production about the EAN production line. |
