The coal mine safety, which has higher accident rate than other industry, is particularly important among the five high-risk industries. The coal mine belongs to the mining which national permissions are required to operate. Those four other high-risk include building construction, industrial explosive materials, hazardous chemical and fireworks industries. Due to the fact that the coal resource will has been the energy foundation for a long time in China, we pay more attention to the mine safety. According to the ways of the exploitation, the coal mine always divided into two kinds which are called open-pit mine and underground mine. Our nation’s96%of the coal mine are part of underground mine based on annual national statistics. Almost all coal mine production safety accidents occur at the workplaces in the well mine, such as driving working face, blind lane and so on. There are also two kinds coal mine called respectively product mine and infrastruction mine by the work safety licenses permission. It is vital to collect and pass the safety data and information to win the saving times to improve the level of safety management, so the reliable mine communication system is eagerly required. In2010the State Council put forward the six emergency systems planning. Just then the State Administration of Work Safety(SAWS) give the detailed construction requirements to all product mines and infrastruction mines in our country. The six safety systems which all product mine and infrastruction mine must build in compliance with objective, Gas Detection System, Personnel Location System in mine, Emergency Evacuation System, Mine Communication System, Compressed Air Self-help System and Water Rescue System. Because the Mine Communication System has the three functions of production scheduling, free risk and emergency evacuation, so as one of the basic safety tools the Mine Communication System is perhaps even more important.The paper firstly studies the characteristics of the coal mine communication. Combining with the analysis of the current coal mine communication system, based on the main technical standards for3G, the construction scenarios about800MHZ CDMA Mine Communication System have been made. Secondly the paper introduces the technical principle, basic characteristics and system structure, the construction scenarios about800MHZ CDMA Mine Communication System have been put forward to design both the system functions and main equipment. According to the actual situation of these topic, I participate in the practice of installation and testing of the system in the Baoan coal mine. Through testing the system function and wireless coverage testing in the mine, the system are inspected and the debugging is successful to meet the coal mine need.Now the system has a good effect on the coal mine operation. It proved that the800MHZ CDMA system can reach the private network and public network with seamless coverage up and down the Baoan coal mine. The facts show that the communication system can lay a strong foundation to coal mine safety.
