The precision of grinding wheel in forming grinding directly determines theaccuracy of the grinding parts,so its dressing problem becomes a researchfocus,although the traditional dressing methods can satisfy a certain accuracy,but itstill has a improvement space in the enterprise use because of its low efficiency andhigh cost.As the development of NC technology,the motion control technology and itsrelevant technique,to develop a system which can modify any generatrix and sectionshape grinding wheel with high efficiency and high accuacy becomes an imminentdemand, so that to cover the shortage of traditional dressing methods,and reduce thecost of traditional modification methods.Under this background, this paper developed the dual-drive synchronization feedNC grinding wheel dressing system,accomplished the whole framework design of thissystem,the selection of key componets of control system,the theoretical math modelestablishment and simulation of the system and the control system softwaredesign,and lastly on the basis of these, a series of experiment was carried out to verifythe reliability and utility of the design.The specific contents are as follows:(1)Designed the whole structure of dual-drive synchronization feed NC grindingwheel dressing system,accomplished the selection of key componets of controlsystem,constructed the testbed of hardware system,established the motor-workbenchmechanics model and controller-motor servo model.(2)Carried out the simulation analysis of single aixs single-drive feed systemmodel,and then discussed the dual-drive synchronization control strategy,comparedthe three kinds of synchronization control strategy by simulation analysis,designedthe synchronization controller model,and choosed the most suitable synchronizationcontrol scheme at last.(3)Designed the control software of the system,include the user interface andcommunication modual,accomplished the relevant programming and coding work.(4)Conducted relevant confirmatory experiments by the system testbed,andthrough the experiment result,it indicated the feasibility of the system design,thereliability of relevant design and the reliability of software coding.
