| The two axis mechanical rotary table is the product which has biaxial linkage function. It is the important part of the five axis machining center. It is widely used in machining complex parts for the national defense industry, aerospace, automotive industry, mould and so on. At present, the manufacturing accuracy of the two axis mechanical rotary table is lower, which severely restricts the development of the five axis machine tool. This paper is to improve the manufacturing accuracy of the two axis mechanical rotary table.In order to guarantee the machining accuracy of five axis machine tools,there is high demand with the positioning accuracy and the spatial position relation. The manufacturing process of the two axis mechanical rotary table is required to reach higher standards.Through deep research on the structure characteristics of the two axis mechanical rotary table, the structure of the parts and assembly is analyzed. Taking the rotary axle box body part as an example, the key parts processing technology is studied. The factors affecting the machining accuracy of the parts are analyzed. The machining accuracy of the parts is optimized by the optimization of the machining process. The main technical parameters for measuring the performance of the two axis mechanical rotary table are the motion positioning accuracy of the axis. In this paper, the rotation axis is installed as an example, to study the influence of the positioning accuracy of the cam mechanism and gear mechanism assembly debugging program. At the same time, the motion parameters of the two axis mechanical rotary table are optimized by the method of data compensation.With the research on the manufacturing technology of the two axis mechanical rotary table, I have made part machining process plan, assembly process plan, accuracy detection and Error compensation plan. After debugging, the positioning accuracy is 4.30 "and repeat positioning accuracy is 3.92". The major technical indicators of the two axis mechanical rotary table has reached the domestic advanced level. |
