Hot blast stove is one of the important equipment for blast furnace iron making heat,but the control process is complex, and the domestic enterprise automation equipment isimperfect and optimization control face many difficulties such as software, hardware: thefirst is due to the blast furnace iron making blast furnace gas as fuel, its heating value withthe difference of blast furnace raw material fluctuations, it is difficult to control; Secondly,most small and medium blast furnace hot blast stove testing equipment is not perfect,unable to collect brick of regenerative temperature, exhaust gas residual oxygen inimportant data, such as establishment mathematical model to control. In view of thesituation of most domestic middle and small blast furnace, this paper use data drivetechnology, the implicit found in the laws of a large amount of data accumulated in theproduction run, according to the state parameter to find suitable operating parameters withthe current running situation. For hot blast stove energy saving in the process of production,reduce energy consumption, reduce the cost, the enterprise the competitive ability theenhancement and build a conservation-minded enterprise has an important significance.Economical society under the background of the establishment, the state advocates forthe current hot blast stove energy consumption is high, the disadvantage of thermalefficiency is low, in this paper, on the basis of fully understanding the mechanism of hotblast stove control, studied the hot blast stove combustion control operation parameteroptimization method combined with the feature of operation parameters in the process ofhot blast stove burning, the research status of complex control system, is proposed basedon data driven air furnace combustion process operating parameters optimization method,the method realizes the operating parameters of hot air stove value optimization. On thebasis of guarantee the hot blast stove heat storage target, save gas use, longevity andachieve energy saving target.The uniqueness of control in hot-blast stove, the hot blast stove thermal efficiency as evaluation index, screening run huge amounts of data to establish a good sample setoperation; Proposed operating mode multistage matching method based on Euclideandistance, the method according to the Euclidean distance between computing modeltranslates into similarity value size similarity measure operating mode, fuzzy c-meansclustering method for fine pattern library cluster analysis, reduce the model similaritybetween computational complexity, fast accurate match to the optimal operationparameters, to a great extent improve the efficiency of pattern matching process.Using the hot blast stove operation parameter optimization method, combining withan iron stove burning actual operation process, using a large amount of data verification,the results show that the method has good effect, can provide decision-making guidancefor field personnel, the overall optimization of the process of hot blast stove burning has apositive role.
