Since reform and openingup, great achievements have been got in economic development, Industrial expansion basedon manufacturing makes China be the factory of the world. But subsequent ecologicaldestruction and serious environmental pollution appeared as the result. In the winter of2012,national haze weather revealed China’s bad condition of environment. Investigate its reason,the extensive economic growth mode ignoring the bearing capacity of the environment is themain reason. The extensive use of energy resources Produce large amounts of pollutants andmake china face the energy crisis.the contradiction of energy, economy and environment isbecoming more and more sharp, under this background, The problem of their coordinateddevelopment has been one of the most important issues of the sustainable development.Economy, environment and society are the three key factors of sustainable development, theircommon implementation must be got and not be short of any one to achieve the goal ofsustainable development. as the most important part of resources, energy has direct impact oneconomic growth and environmental pollution. Coordination of energy economicenvironmental system and the issue of corresponding economic policy of energy, economyand environment have been focused on by more and more people at home and abroad.Xinjiang, as the important strategic energy reserves base in our country has provided aconsiderable amount of energy for our nation. Although XinJiang’s energy exploitation andutilization is under certain restrictions, the serious desertification and the fragile ecologicalenvironment make XinJiang face a big problem. Since the establishment of the autonomousregion, especially the implementation of western development policy, The national economyof XinJiang has a rapid growth and comprehensive strength of XinJiang has been enhanced,but the problem of the reasonable development and utilization of energy and ecologicalenvironment came with this. In order to achieve the efficient use of energy and sustainable energy supply and make sure the sustainable development of XinJiang’s economy, we mustevaluate and estimate them and their mutual relations and put forward the proposal to achievecoordination among economy, environmenty, energy development.At first the article illustrates the background and significance of the topic and theresearchs about economy, energy and environment at home and abroad,then explain thesustainable development theory. Secondly,the article makes preliminary statistical descriptionof XinJiang’s status quo of energy, economy and environment, with this we can take energyconsumption, environmental pollution and economic growth as the endogenous variables anduse ADF unit root test and JJ cointegration test to estimate above equations, Finally it isconcluded that the number of relations among the three mechanism and to be analyzed. Afterthat, we can establish coordination degree evaluation index system to assess the relationsamong energy, economy and environment of XinJiang between1995and2011with Grangercausalitytest,impulse response model and variance decomposition.
