In recent years, with the rapid development of the mining industry, the requirement of the safety criteria is stricter. In recent years, the development of coal industry is more and more quickly. It is also more and more strict to the requirement of coal mine safety. But due to the changes of natural conditions and production environment destruction, the safety problems are still existing, and still need to be on alert. The mining hoisting equipment is one of the necessary safety apparatus of mining, as the most important safeguard device in the hoisting equipment, the performance of the parachute (also can prevent galloping) can directly influence the security of the personnel and cargo, so the development of the parachute is very essential. By the analyze of the market requirement, we think the reasonable physical design is the effective ensure for the regular work of the parachute, it is also the key factor to safeguard the safety of the personnel and cargo. Because of this, it is necessary to exploit and develop a new kind parachute.After the comprehensive comparison of several overall plan of parachute for the mining, the task takes the BF-111type falling protector as the design foundation, the main work is as follows:1. Based on the traditional speed for prevention of working principle and function characteristics, to capture device of the bop coasters for design innovation, and puts forward the manual or automatic start capture device design ideas, and its overall scheme, main functions and related design and analysis of the main structure, respectively.2. Based on the basic principle and theory of kinematics and dynamics, the first3d design software SolidWorks is used to establish virtual prototype model of the system, and the imported into ADAMS virtual prototype model of the constraint and load and kinematics and dynamics simulation, the use of the simulation results of safety for performance evaluation.3.Based on kinematics and dynamics of the mathematical model is set up, using the correlation intensity and the basic theory of finite element analysis, the design of simulation software ANSYS, the structure of mine coasters for prevention of statics analysis andoptimal design, the results show that the new type for the model is feasible , meet the design requirements.
