As a pillar industry in China,petrochemical industry not only promotes economic development,but also aggravates the consumption of resources and the destruction of ecological environment.The sustainable development of petrochemical industry is an important guarantee for the healthy development of national economy.Through the establishment of a mutually-beneficial industrial ecological network,the eco-industry realizes the closed-circuit circulation of materials and multi-stage utilization of energy.It effectively improves the utilization rate of resources and energy,and reduces the emission of wastes,which is an important means for the high-quality development of petrochemical industrial parks.By establishing the eco-performance evaluation model of petrochemical industrial parks,existing problems and development potential of the ecological development of the park are analyzed,which could provide technical support for the ecological construction of parks.Firstly,the ecological performance evaluation index system is constructed,referring to the characteristics of the ecological Petrochemical Park and national policies and regulations.The system includes 4 first level indicators and 18 second level indicators.First level indicators are economic development,materials reduction and circulation,pollution control and park management.Secondly,according to the material flow theory,carry out the analysis on the material metabolism of a typical petrochemical park,draw the material metabolism diagram of the petroleum refining-bulk chemical-polymer industry chain,establish the main material input and output accounts.Finally,based on the material flow analysis of the park,a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established to evaluate the ecological performance of the park,analyze the development potential of the park in water saving and emission reduction.The empirical study shows that the ecological level of the petrochemical industrial park increased year by year from 2010 to 2018.According to the principle of maximum membership degree,it is the general level in China from 2010 to 2017,and the membership degree decreases from 75.64% to 49.1%.Meanwhile,the membership degree of domestic advanced level increases from 18.09% to 26.18%,and that of international advanced level increases from 6.27% to 24.79%,indicating that the overall ecological performance of the park is improving year by year.By 2018,the membership of the advanced level in China will reach 37.51%,36.7% higher than the general level in China and up to the advanced level in China.By 2025,under the three scenarios of saving water and reducing emissions,maintaining the status quo and extrapolating the trend.The membership of the park's eco-level will reach the international advanced level of 48.67% under the scenario of saving water and reducing emissions,and 56.03% and 57.31% respectively under the scenario of maintaining the status quo and extrapolating the trend.In the scenario of water saving and emission reduction,the park has the greatest potential for water saving and emission reduction.Fresh water consumption reduced by 2.52333 million tons/year,wastewater discharge reduced by 2.0917 million tons/year,and COD emission reduced by 105.5 tons/year.Figure 21;Table 27;Reference 66...
