3D Information System Of Marine Ecological Environment Of Chaochow Gulf In The Yellow Sea

With the rapid development of technology and hardware of GIS ,marine environment monitoring system provides a great number of data source of reasonable assessment of the marine environment, management and protection. It is very important that how to reasonably manage, and utilize the data resources to fully tap the value of the data . Based on this question this paper just begin research and practice on it.Not only GIS has the powerful display and analysis ability of geographical spatial data,but also it can easily make the environment monitor data visual with the relevant GIS software.So it’s the best choice to make GIS technology base of the marine evironment monitor system .Firstly,this paper mainly introduced the background of marine GIS and the domestic and foreign present situation and the develepoent trend in the future .Ssecondly , this paper took the 3D information system of Marine ecological environment of Chaochow Gulf for example ,detailed introduced the system data analysis ,designing on the system structure ,function module ,and system funcion’s detailed realizing .Thirdly,show how to design the database of this system and the key technology of mapping the isopleth based on single point moniring instruments.And some difficulties in the process of development of the system.In the end of it ,made a comprehensive conclusion of all the above work ,and show some individual thoughts about Marine GIS.This paper centred on the system design of 3D information system of Marine ecological environment of Chaochow Gulf ,and design of database,and the key algorithm of mapping isopleth .
