Research On Harmony Between RIS And Economic Society

Regional Innovation System plays important role on regional economic society development. Regional Innovation System can drive the increase of regional economic society and promote the advancement of industry structure and upgrade the regional economic society competitive ability. In reverse, Regional Innovation System also needs the support of regional economy society development. Regional economic society development is the important physical basis of Regional Innovation System and it provides environmental support for Regional Innovation System and regional economic society development is the basic goal of regional innovation. So the research on harmony of RIS and regional economic society development has important significant for the whole economic society development of Shandong Province.First, this paper starts off science and technology and the economic society beings, the paper puts forward the theory problem, on the basis of analyzing the studying current situation at home and abroad, according to relevant theories about RIS, economic society development and so on, from the angles of harmony, and the paper puts forward the reciprocity theory.Second, the paper builds the RIS appraisal index system from four angels which include innovation main body, innovation resources, innovation ability, innovation environment; Regional Economy System from three angels which include economic pattern, economic effect, foreign trade; Regional Society System from three angels which include residents' life quality, humanity culture, resource environment, the paper renders the weight using variation coefficient method and analyzing the harmony of Shandong RIS and regional economic society development, using SPSS analyses from 2003 to 2008 year.Then it finds the problems in harmony development of RIS and regional economic society in Shandong Province.At last, aiming the existing problems the paper puts forward the countermeasures of how to improve the harmony development of RIS and regional economic society in Shandong Province.
