Research On The Technological Innovation Information Sustain Platform Of Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises In Heilongjiang Province

Equipment manufacturing industry is the core in the development of a national industry, and it embodies the international competitiveness of a country fundamentally. As one of the earliest bases of the Equipment manufacturing industry in the country, Heilongjiang province had a little development under the support of national policy and the market economy in the last few years. However, due to historical and geographical reasons, equipment manufacturing industries in Heilongjiang Province still has lots of problems, such as there are a great proportion of traditional industries, as the proportion of high-tech industry small. The main reason is the lack of technological innovation. Information of technological innovation is decentralized, with the result that systematic innovation can not be formed, and, Technological innovation needs the support of all aspects of information. At the same time, the enterprises have a high infomationization level, but, they can not fundamentally understand the importance of information and lack effective use of technological innovation information resulting in a lot of data shelved. Therefore, this thesis establishes technological innovation information platform, analyses the influencing factors and mechanism thoroughly, as to improve the support of technological innovation information, eventually make the technological innovation systematic and large-scale of equipment manufacturing in Heilongjiang province, enhances the technological innovation of whole enterprise.Based on the characteristics and nature of what the thesis study, this paper uses research methods of qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis, and collect relevant data through information inquiry and experts questionnaire survey, also on basis of the analysis of the influencing factors and mechanism, combined with the characteristics of equipment manufacturers in Heilongjiang Province, construct the information technological innovation support platform of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang province, and demonstrate it through Fuzzy AHP. The thesis is divided into five parts. First part of the thesis describes the background, significance and current situation of research at home and abroad; in the second part, it lists the status quo and problems of Technological Innovation information supporting of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province; in the third part, it analyses the elements of technological innovation information support platform and its mechanism, and then build the operating structure of technology innovation information support platform in equipment manufacturing; in the fourth part, based on actual circumstance of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, construct the evaluation system of technological innovation information support platform, and empirical research; in the fifth part, it provided some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the technological innovation information of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province. The conclusion of the thesis summarized the research work and pointed out the direction of future research.
