Under the current keen market competition situation, the human recourses, company capital, core technology and outstanding company culture have become the important success factors to one great company especially human resources. The middle management as the core human capital of the organization is playing the critical role in business performance, core competitive advantage, company culture heritage. Hence, it is a new but important topic for current human resources management on good middle management development mechanism as well as developing the targeted talents.This paper is taking company B as the research object to put it up front and analysis the current challenge on middle management development mechanism. It is followed the logic order on finding problem, analysis and solving it with practical research method. It takes the management theory on Objective Management, Motivation Theory and put in front a modified development mechanism with more suitable people development strategy through accelerating growth and career development as the approach. This paper proved the refined middle management development mechanism starting from talent forecasting, refining leadership competency and succession plan to development program,360degree feedback, on job coaching and mentoring program etc, which brings benefit to both individuals and the organization. The improvement on each individual also brings the strong organizational competence as well as the healthy development of the organization.
