The middle management as the core human capital of the organization is playing the critical role in business performance, core competitive advantage, company culture heritage. Hence, it is a new but important topic for current human resources management on good middle management development mechanism as well as developing the targeted talents.This paper is taking company B as the research object to put it up front and analysis the current challenge on middle management development mechanism.
