Corporate culture is ideal and belief, social value and code of conduct upheld by most of the employers within the organization. As the corporate belief and true reflection of corporate characteristics, corporate culture is the core competitiveness for an organization, which has the most ever-lasting, far reaching and stimulated effect. As the driving force of corporate growth, more and more enterprises are now putting great emphasis on the construction of the corporate culture. However, it is easier to put forward than actually execute the corporate culture. It has posed to be a big issue in putting the corporate culture in place from the theory and translating the slogan of the corporate culture from the wall into the employees'simultaneous actions.The Working Group is the cell of the organization and the operation of the organization is largely depending on the Working Group. As an important and integral part of the corporate culture, the culture of the Working Group is the commonly recognition and acknowledgment system and habitual acts of conduction between its members, through which each other could reach consensus and form physiological agreement. In its past decades, Dalian Power Supply Company has always utilizing the construction of the corporate culture to led the culture development of the Working Group and vice versa, the implementation of the culture of the Working Group to push the development of the corporate culture. In summary, Dalian Power Supply Company has made good experimental implementation for its corporate culture development. In the thesis, analysis has been made over the impact of the culture development of the Working Group on the building of the corporate culture. The analysis was based upon the data obtained through the related questionnaires and interviews. The accomplishments for its corporate culture building have been evaluated and lessons learned have been summarized. The issued existed have been identified and the solutions and remedial measures have been come up with and the mission objectives have been devised to achieve the scientific and sustainable development of the corporate culture and culture of the Working Group.The thesis is comprised by the following six sections:Section I:History and current situation of the corporate culture building in Dalian Power Supply Company. Section II:Brief description on the definition and relationships between corporate culture and Working Group culture. Section III:Detailed introduction and analysis of the culture development of the Working Group in Dalian Power Supply Company. Section V Research on the current situation of the culture building for the Working Group in Dalian Power Supply Company SectionⅣThe issues existed in the culture building for the Working Group in Dalian Power Supply Company have been identified and solutions herewith have been come up with. SectionⅥplanning and design on the scheme of the culture building for the Working Group in Dalian Power Supply Company.
