Study On Layout Of Land And Sea Use Of Coastal Industrial Park

Recent years, building of industrial park has been caught in a craze, especially with the further exploitation of the coastal regions, the building of industrial park along the coast is like fire and flowering rush. Intensive use of land and sea of coastal industrial park has been the restrict factor of development of industrial park and the hinder of economic growth. So the examination of the problem of the coastal industrial park land and sea use and putting forward suggestion seems very urgent and necessary. There are already some scholars who has studied on industrial park very general, but study on the point of the view from land and sea use of the industrial park is still not deep-going. So, this paper focus on coastal industrial park of land and sea use these two points to synthetically study.Firstly, this paper draws on the experience of theory on regional development and achievements of some scholars, first analysis scale and land use of industrial park from nationwide, then consider the particulars of area, this paper takes example for bohai sea rim, study on number, raid, scale, industrial structure and land use trend, analysis the problem of land use in coastal industrial park, a lack of land resources serious restrict economic progress of industrial park. Meanwhile because economic development promote urbanization, coastal city build coastal new city which take the coastal industrial park as supporter, it may increase the demand of land, make the contradiction of land support and demand. So the reclamation of land from the sea is necessary to research development space for industrial park around the coast. Analysis from national strategic planning, sea reclamation scale, benefit of sea reclamation and environmental problems of sea reclamation, balance the gain and loss between the economic benefits and environmental cost, then advance the matters need attention in the sea reclamation.Lastly offer some proposal for coastal industrial park development, draw on the experience of advanced country and region, while basis on self characteristic, face to the lack of land industrial park research development space, sea reclamation cost high and so on, must intensive use land, intensive stuffing sea is the best channel of create development space, and increasing the yield of land can radically find the director of industrial park development.
